We provide full coordination across all building services disciplines and architectural coordination. 

We offer a tendering and procurement service managing all aspects of the procurement process, from project brief and deliverables analysis, technology scope of works creation, budget development, tender management and commercial negotiation.

This will generally require breaking out sub packages from Electrical (Active ICT, DAS, Radio, Security) and Mechanical (BMCS) to tender these separately.

We can manage all aspects of the technology testing and commissioning process, including the integrated system testing across technology disciplines and building services integration.

The majority of projects require multiple technology disciplines and building services integration (Mechanical, Electrical, Comms, Fire Protection, Vertical Transport, Building Management System). 

The role of an MSI is to provide an oversight and coordination role to pull all of these together and ensure smooth delivery of all technology packages, fully coordinated across all building services systems.
